Returns & Damage Policy

Thank you for collecting work from the studio of Leslie Hiatt. Each piece is prepared with intention and care.


Final Sale

All artwork sales are final.

Due to the limited and original nature of each piece, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

This includes:

• Original works
• Framed works
• Limited editions
• Monthly subscription editions


Shipping Insurance

All original and framed artwork shipments are sent with insurance.

Insurance coverage is included to protect both the collector and the studio in the event of verified transit damage.


Damage Claims

If artwork arrives damaged, you must:

• Notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The packaging (interior and exterior)

  • The shipping label

Damage claims cannot be processed without proper documentation.

If a claim is approved through the shipping carrier’s insurance process, a resolution will be arranged in accordance with the carrier’s determination.


Subscription Editions

Due to their limited and signed nature, monthly subscription editions are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.


Address Accuracy

The studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
