Shipping Policy

Thank you for collecting work from the studio of Leslie Hiatt. Each piece is prepared and shipped with care.


Original Artwork

Original works are carefully packaged and shipped from the studio within 5–10 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Large works are shipped via insured ground service within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or listed as a flat rate depending on size.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.


Framed Works

Framed works are securely packaged with protective materials and shipped via insured carrier service. Due to the size and nature of framed artwork, delivery timelines may vary slightly based on destination.


The Living Canvas Letter (Monthly Subscription)

Monthly collector editions ship during the 15th of each month.

Orders placed after the monthly billing cycle may apply to the following month’s edition.

All subscription shipments include free U.S. shipping.


Domestic Shipping

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.


Delivery Delays

Once a shipment leaves the studio, delivery times are determined by the carrier. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other transit-related issues.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. The studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. Each case will be reviewed individually.  Art must be insured at time of purchase with shipping carrier to make claim against damage. Leslie Hiatt Art cannot be responsible for uninsured shipped art.
