Welcome to the studio of Leslie Hiatt. By accessing this website and purchasing artwork or subscriptions, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview
This website is operated by Leslie Hiatt. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the studio of Leslie Hiatt.
By visiting this site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Artwork Sales
All artwork is sold as described and photographed.
Original works, framed works, limited editions, and subscription editions are final sale and non-returnable.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
3. The Living Canvas Letter (Subscription)
By enrolling in The Living Canvas Letter, you authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated monthly rate unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time through your account portal.
Once a billing cycle has processed, that month’s edition will ship and is non-refundable.
4. Shipping
All original and framed artwork shipments include insurance.
The studio is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit.
In the event of damage, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with required documentation.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Leslie Hiatt.
No artwork may be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display artwork colors and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
The studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of artwork.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the studio operates.
