Living Canvas Letter — Subscription & Cancellation Policy

The Living Canvas Letter is a recurring monthly subscription.

By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically at $12 USD per month on the date of initial purchase.

Charges will continue monthly until cancelled.

Shipping Schedule

Collector editions ship during the 15th of each month.

Orders placed after the monthly billing date may apply to the following month’s edition.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has processed, that month’s edition will still ship and the subscription will end before the following cycle.

Refunds

Due to the limited-edition nature of each monthly release, subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Shopify will automatically attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Modifications

The studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program at any time. Collectors will be notified of any material changes.

The Living Canvas Letter is created in limited monthly quantity and prepared intentionally within the studio.
